WorldPride 2014 Toronto (WP14TO), presented by Pride Toronto, is shaping up to be one of the biggest international events of our times. These ten days of queer celebration will turn streets into parades, parks into parties and strangers into friends. Come out and meet the people from around the world expected to gather downtown and in neighbourhoods right across the city.

Do you want to help Make Pride happen? Each year, over 1000 volunteers dedicate more than 15,000 hours to bring Pride Week, one of the largest Pride celebrations in the world, to life. And, for WorldPride this year, we're going to need even more! Whether you’re looking to volunteer a few hours or a few hours a month, we have a position just for you!

Share your pride with the world!

Show us the unique and special ways you and your community celebrate pride by posting a photo or video and brief explanation using #MYWORLDPRIDE on social media to be eligible^* to WIN A TRIP for two to WorldPride 2014 in Toronto. It’s almost here!

Selected posts by individuals or organizations will be shared on WorldPride’s website and social media in the lead-up to WorldPride 2014, so your pride may be shared with our communities worldwide! WorldPride is your Pride!

^*Each week for the next three weeks, curated images and stories will be showcased on the WorldPride 2014 website, and the most compelling images as selected by a WorldPride panel will win one of seven flight and accommodation packages for two, provided by Tourism Toronto, to attend WorldPride in Toronto this June. Prizes will be awarded to selected participants globally. Although organizations may submit entries for inclusion, only individuals are eligible for prizes. Note: if using facebook please ensure your privacy settings are set to allow third party monitoring of your feed.
