A SUCCESSFUL PRIDE FESTIVAL ALWAYS NEEDS, AND APPRECIATES, THE ONGOING SUPPORT OF THE COMMUNITY.
Each year, the Pride Toronto Donations Team works diligently to manage and run all donations from our visitors during the weekend of the festival, ensuring the tradition of the Pride Toronto festival continues. The Donations Team is the on-site campaign to raise funds through the exchange of official Pride stickers and buttons for your donations and funds raised from our community.
Pride Toronto's Donations Team is the way for you to support Pride Toronto and ensure a successful festival each and every year. Your donation is essential as it contributes to the demanding growth of the Pride festival each year. A loonie, a toonie, or any amount possible makes the difference, and is much appreciated.
With Toronto hosting World Pride in 2014, your donations ensure that, the festival that celebrates the amazing diversity that makes our wonderful city and shapes our country will now be shared with the world. Being able to come together to celebrate our similarities and differences is what Pride Toronto is all about and being able to continue this wonderful tradition, and share it with the world, is shaped by the support received from the community. Thank you in advance, and look for us at the festival!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQS)
Q: Where does the money I donate go?
A: The money donated to Pride Toronto goes towards the improvement of and continuing the tradition of the Pride Festival.
Q: Where can I donate money at the festival?
A: There will be many donation stations set up throughout the festival, all clearly marked with large pink flags, with volunteers who will give festival goers a sticker of their choice in return for their donation. Also during all of the marches there will be volunteers walking as part of the march/parade carrying a large Pride flag and accepting donations.
Q: How much of my donation goes toward continuing the festival?
A: All of it.
Q: How can I get involved with Pride donations team?
Q: Why have you run out of specific identity stickers?
A: We apologize for the inconvenience. In some cases, specific donation stations have higher than normal demand for specific identity stickers; we do our best to re-stock them as soon as we are aware of the issue. However, depending on the demand, they simple go fast. Please check at the nearest donation station, they might still have the one you are looking for, or please allow us to re-stock by simple coming again later in the day.
Q: Why don’t you have a specific identity sticker at all?
A: We apologize for the inconvenience. All stickers are ordered year by year as per their own demand; we try to accommodate every single request. However, due to its cost and demand itself, we order the ones that have a higher demand during the Pride festivities. As a solution, please note we created a sticker in ‘blank’ where you can write whatever you like and you feel most conformable identifying yourself.
Regardless, we always encourage you to send your suggestions and feedback at email@example.com
